"Seriously frustrated with my experience at this shop. After my tire shredded on the highway, I chose this shop over others in the area to replace the tire. I bought a used tire for $50. Days prior, the tire had deflated unexpectedly, and upon inflating it and visually inspecting it, there seemed to be no punctures or nails visible. Unfortunately, the tire went flat again when I didn't realize it, leading to the highway incident. When I asked the man who serviced me at this shop about potential reasons for a flat other than a nail, he dismissed the possibility without checking. Last night, ON THE SAME DAY I got the tire replaced, the tire went flat again, indicating a failure to address the real issue that caused the previous tire to go flat (or tire he sold me was damaged?). Annoyed with the lack of a proper look at what else could have caused the other tire to go flat, especially given that I had clearly expressed to him my concern that it may be something other than a puncture that caused the tire to deflate."
