"The sales person at the service center are so rude, and unprofessional. let me give you a good example, I am a rideshare driver so I go for oil change very often. last time I went to do oil change one of the sales person said "why are you coming only for oil change ?"and she got mad after I refused the service she recommended. This is the second time expreienced at this location. If you are smart how to manage your money they get mad."

"Wasted my time for their false advertisement. They told me on the phone that they will buy the car for 20% more that KBB offered. But ended up offering lower than kbb price. I have the kbb price on hand. DO NOT go to this dealer anymore. They lying to the customer."

"I had an issue with my 2017 Nissan 370Z power steering giving out on me on my way to work early morning around 7:50am. I took it to the nearest dealership, which was Surf City Nissan and I was immediately attended and even got a 8 mile radius ride to my job. Claudio Gutierrez is the person who helped me out and even made it simple to know what was wrong with my car by 11:06am. It turns out the driving belt was ripped out and power steering fluid was low so I had them do the job and had it done by 3:50pm without an appointment and just a walk-in even though they were busy, Claudio still made it work. If you’re gonna get your car serviced and want it done nice and quick with good quality have Claudio work with you so he can have his mechanic techs work on your car professionally."

"Having serious power on and go issues with my 2018 Nissan Altima. Under 9000 miles and I bought it new (20 miles odom). It has failed to start and completely shut down over 20 times. So this last time (still having the same issues) they found a after market alarm system on it. Mind you, I keep getting charged 300 to 500 each time. Fob stops reading, etc. Why doesn't my new car have warranty for undisclosed hardware installed from the original dealership? No one answered, had them remove it and paid 450. So went to other other dealership and yes, it was done as a trial study and they apologized. Screw that.. I need my money for all this. Stranded time and time again. Now disabling health issues and I really can't do the wait for towing and dish out money. They are good as a whole, but should have found it many visits before this one."
