"I am writing about an employee who helped me in the Macy's men's designer coats and jackets department. It was the week before Christmas and it was quite busy but Jonathan (employee's name) still managed to take the extra time to help me. He was patient, hip to what I was looking for and knew what he was talking about. After my online order was messed up, I had to return my fiancé's coat and find another one which was challenging due to the sales and lack of sizes for certain styles. It worked out, because I luckily found a nicer coat (better quality too) that fits my fiancé perfectly, thanks to Jonathan. I am not sure if he's always in the coats/jackets/suits department, but if you need help, find him. He's amazing and knows his stuff. The day before, I had a woman helping me who was nice enough but had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't very helpful and I even got her at a time when it wasn't as busy. Anyway, I decided to try again the following day as I needed to return to Macy's again. Thankfully, I found Jonathan. I hope he reads this as I want to thank him again."

"I spent the last few hours here. I Put together two outfits & two shoes!! Every department went above and beyond. They went so far as to take a sweater off the manikin. It was the only one in stock in my size. This is what great customer service looks like. Store is beautifully maintained"

"The Christmas Store is located on the 1st Floor. From mall entrance just keep taking escalator down. It's ok but a huge disappointment compared to the gorgeous separate store they used to have next door. The ornaments are super awful. The cards are ok & on sale. Definitely not worth the drive. This Macy's used to be spectacular for pre~decorated trees, ornaments, cards, toys, gifts, decorations. Just the most beautiful you could ever imagine. I guess Covid killed Christmas. It's pretty pitiful but there are some nice pre wrapped chocolates & ceramic items."
