"Horrible took 2 hours thru only helped 1 person at a time ran out of food way to often. Need alot more help and need to try and go fast. I don't think they know the meaning of the word quicker, faster. Don't waste your time"

"The facility is clean but the operations are in serious need of an overhaul. Out of the five staff members I saw there Eileen was the only one working hard. No one was taking the lead and paying attention when warmed up food was running out. Cooking more turkey legs was delayed by 50 minutes, they ran out of and had to heat up more pretzels, and no one told the guests who have already been waiting in line for 90 minutes than anything was out. So the guest was disappointed and found that they were out of food when he got up to the counter. They were permanently out of several food items but no one updated the menus so guess still had expectations at that food was available. Clearly good customer service and efficient operations not a priority. Waiting in line at rides is understandable but waiting in line for food when it's not necessary is frustrating. Another shout out to Eileen who was working so hard and serving with a smile."
