"They removed all vegetarian and vegan meals. Sure, you can order a salad (come to think of it, almost all of their salads had meat) but no more vegetarian burgers or sandwiches like they had before. We're not asking for the entire menu to be vegetarian or even HALF of it. We just want ONE vegetarian item that has protein, carbs, and greens so we can eat with our friends when visiting the park."
"1) As of September 2023, they removed ALL vegan options because the “license expired” or whatever. So, there are NO vegan options anymore here. 2) The person who took the order (a woman with lips piercing and red hair braids) was sooo slow and rude, and she had no idea what they served on the menu. She doesn’t want to propose any options for vegans, and when I asked what alternatives they can provide - she said “I don’t know.” Zero efforts. Zero customer service. What should I do - turn and leave? Zero Communication. Please train your employees before allowing them to work with your customers. An older woman, who was the other host as well, standing next to her, was super polite and nice; I had seen her before with my previous visits (I have an annual pass and come to Six Flags pretty often). So, that older lady jumped into our conversation after seeing me completely shocked, upset, and frustrated, and she nicely explained that there were some issues with vegan options, so they were completely taking out of the menu, and she proposed to order salad and french fries. She also said she can go to the kitchen and ask if the pretzel is vegan. Very nice. That’s the way customer service is supposed to be! Please train or fire that crazy person who was initially taking the order. 3) After that long conversation, the woman with red-pink braids “left to the kitchen” to ask if the pretzel is vegan. She returned and said yes, so I asked her to order it and remove the cheese sauce. She said OK. When the order came to my table, there were 2 (!!) cheese sauces with pretzel + ranch-looking sauce for fries even though it was a special request to remove it. Not even remove it FROM them dish but simply do NOT place it as addition. It’s evident that she didn’t tell the kitchen to remove it. But in any way, even if she did, it means that the kitchen is also working horribly without any attention to customer’s needs. 4) The pretzel was completely RAW inside; I literally could smell the raw dough inside of it. Impossible to eat it at all. 5) They completely removed any options for ciders from the bar menu as well. That’s the only place in Six Flags where it used to be. This place used to be a great spot, and it has a super cool atmosphere, but now it’s completely gross. If you want to feel embarrassed for asking for your needs and simple things, treat yourself completely disrespectfully, and end up eating raw food - welcome to the place. Otherwise, please AVOID IT. PS. I still believe that the woman with grey hair was the best one in the whole Six Flags. She’s the only person who’s nice in there."
"Great selection of food appetizers, salads, wings, sandwiches, burgers , street tacos, kid’s menu, fountain drinks and beers. They got Tvs to watch sports Love this place. Highly recommend"
"Wanted to find a place to sit inside and eat at six flags. Unfortunately they have a B rating. How does an amusement park where your stomach can easily get upset with quality food, have B rating food options?"
"Disgusting. Had the waffle fries with carne asada($19.00). Asada was grounded up and mushed, instead of diced like normal carne asada. Meat had taste of what I would think dirt tastes like. My daughters fries were cold. The wings had no flavor and weird after taste. For the love of god DO NOT EAT HERE!! Best part of the meal was the sodas and the beer. Theme park food expectations(with exception of Disney) are low, but this place has shown that theme park food can go even lower. Wife got wings from the full throttle wing stand and they were delicious. 5 stars."
