"When you enter The Three Broomsticks, there is a line up and a bunch of cashiers for whom you can order from. We got the ribs platter, the sticky toffee pudding, the frozen Butterbeer, and the pumpkins fizz which came out to be around $46 in total. Then we waited for our number to be called and once called, the person serving will check against the dishes served and rip your receipt to show that the order has been received. Then you can go and find a seat in its vast seating area consisting of both indoor and outdoor seating. The pumpkin fizz was overly sweet with a strong taste of cinnamon. The frozen Butterbeer had really great cream on top but was also very sweet. The sticky toffee pudding was hard on the outside but soft on the inside. The ribs platter had fall off the rack ribs and had a good amount of sauce. The corn was a good pairing and there were also a few slices of cut potatoes. For a theme part, it was not bad, but taste wise, it can improve to add other flavours and spices, not just sugar."
"Adorable setting with decent food. I would absolutely recommend. Use the app to order ahead! During lunch time there's always a line just to get in, but if you order via the app, you can skip that. There is more shaded seating around the back too."
"A good option if you want to eat a meal in the park anyway. The decoration and feel is top-notch, whimsical and magical and quaint and European. We only got a pumpkin juice and the apple pie. The apple pie is quite big for a single person, fresh and sweet, would recommend. The pumpkin juice tastes more like apple cider. Not a bad juice tho. Very friendly service. We were there when it was quite empty and you could see how big it is."
"Went here with the family for lunch. Ordered the fish and chips, Mac n cheese, half chicken and BBQ ribs meals. They were all pretty good. The BBQ ribs were the standout in my opinion. The kids loved their food. The prices aren't too bad considering where we were. We received our order very quickly even if it was a busy day. Just eating in a Harry Potter themed restaurant was great to us."
"Of course the wait times can be crazy but which place does not have crazy wait times in the park if you go during the most busy times? Overall the ambiance of the place is good. Food is mediocre. Their corn on the cob, stick pudding and the potatoes that come with the chicken were really delicious. The chicken and fried fish were just okay. Butter-beer is refreshing and sweet, I didn’t personally like the pumpkin juice. You have to have all your food before you can get seated. So if you are a big group everyone has to stand in a corner or wait until the food is picked up to get seated. The staff at the counters is friendly but the staff in the dining area seems to be fed up with their jobs and I did catch one of them Being rude to some customers."
