U-Wash Car Wash

"Recently stopped to wash my car here. I was almost done with the final rinse when I ran out of time. There was no bell to warn when time is getting low. I had no choice but to run my debit card again just to rinse half of my car. I just looked at my bank statement and I was charged $30!!! That is absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER go there again and I will warn others not to go there either."

"This used to be the best kept, almost secret, deal in the carwash game! They have updated and upgraded most of the equipment and consumables (prewash foam, soap, and the wax). They also raised the prices, that's understandable. You can still get a great wash for about $7 to $9 dollars (including vacuuming), I just miss being able to do it for $5 to $6 dollars (or even $4, sans the vacuum) if it was off peak hours in the evening. Still a good deal. Would be a 5 star, but a couple times one of the wash products was empty or not reaching the wash gun for whatever reason (roughly 10% of the time. So far prewash foam 1 time, and wax one other time, out of 20 to 22 visits). Oh, and satellite radio playing for your listening enjoyment, nice touch!"

"This was my favorite self car wash in HB, but when I went today they had shortened the wash time to 4 minutes from 6 (still $3) and shortened the vacuum so that I could only vacuum half my vehicle on a single $1 instead of the whole vehicle as per all my past visits. It seems disingenuous to treat your loyal customers this way without even a notification of a price increase, therefore I'll look at other local options to self-wash my car going forward."

"Used to be great. Too many times recently I've found out the pressure wash is out of soap (or washing liquid or whatever it's called) after already spending money on it. One time I tried 3 different wash stalls and they were all out of soap. Left with a dirty car and lost about $12."
