Today I wanted to take my car to have the brakes checked and I called because I thought they were no longer going to be available to check it because it was already noon, but a person answered me but gave me terrible customer service, he cut off the call without saying anything and I just wanted to ask if I could take my car right then and there. I thought it was a good idea to take my car there but if they treat you like that on a call, I can't imagine how they will treat you in person. In my opinion, leaving a customer hanging is a terrible service, in addition to being rude and without education."

"I should have seen the reviews on this place before I went. Took my car to get aligned. Guy took it to get tested 3x times that should've been a sign. It's been 2 months and my cars aligned is bad bad. Not worth going back to get it fixed."
"After my truck got alignment here some codes from the traction popped up and I talked to the guy who did it and he was quick to tell me that has nothing to do with us and that he can't do anything. I plan to go back today again and see if they're willing to help . I'll update"
"0 stars. Just had to leave one for the review. Terrible service. Made me park in two different areas when I was trying to patch up a tire. The second time was way too close to their entrance ramp and was taking up already the designated space for Handicapped drivers, and the guy still wanted me to scoot closer, just plain insanity. Also tended to a customer that came after just because they needed to have the air on their tires filled. Blatant waste of my time. Most other reputable businesses go by first come first serve service, but not here. Not sure if new owners or they just let the success get to their head but this place was once great. Emphasis on WAS."
