"My printout stated that fluids (washer fluid specifically) were checked and added but my windshield wiper fluid was not refilled as light remained on so i double checked and it was basically empty also stated that air pressure was checked and added and that also was not done as pressure was checked before and after arrival to your establishment. There was zero communication between staff and customer except for the up sale of air filters. Was seriously disappointed and uncomfortable with the service. Pricing was what got me to come in but will gladly pay additional for professionalism and actual completion of what is said is being done."

"I went to get an oil change on February 14, 2024, and i’m a new driver and a young woman who knows NOTHING about the right kind of oil to put in my car. When I asked what kind they said any… MIND YOU, I have a bmw and supposedly bmw’s only take synthetic oil (at the time i didn’t know this) and they put in Mobil Special X1… As mechanics you guys should know what kind of oil should go in every car… They don’t help out drivers without knowledge of their car and will lie to you about things. When I left after they “finished” my engine light came on and my car started jittering almost immediately. When i went back two more times they just reset my oil light by using YOUTUBE. Then they changed my oil to synthetic and stated that something else was wrong but my car had no issues with the engine BEFORE i arrived there. The engine light is still on and I will not be returning my vehicle there ever again."

"Asked for a specific oil and went to register to find out after I paid that it was a different oil put in my car. And then look under my hood to find my brake cap missing from brake fluid container. And a holes disconnected from air filter that was taken apart. Bad service."
