"I took my car in for a water noise behind the dash wich was probably a radiator purge issue and was talked into getting a new water pump..so I paid $400 and got it done.Water sound still persisted and my car slowly started leaking radiator fluid ever since.I never quite knew where it was coming from until 40,000 miles later and several radiator top offs and fills,I saw the leak coming from the water pump. I called and granted there have been miles put on the car,the new water pump was leaking since the beginning. Mike was willing to fix it but basically for the same price I originally paid,quoted me a super high price on a new water pump but I found a good brand for $60..not $176 like quoted..and $200 labor. Come on man! At least maybe go $200 total for everything..or $100 labor if I bring my own part.Might as well bring your own part in because the warranty on the one he put in meant nothing. This shop is alright..just no effort to really make the customer happy..just business as usual."
