"The only reason there is one star is be the driver Jose was amazing. Jose was kind and courteous. He helped me with my bags, he was communicative, and he was apologetic. The issue is with the company and owner. If you can avoid using Westlake Limo, DO NOT USE IT. The owner was disrespectful and totally lacked customer service skills. I’ve never felt more disrespected after spending $375 of my hard earned money. He yelled at me, and told me he was charging me and not sending a driver. He is a crook. And now as I look at the reviews…I believe every single review about how the owner treated customers and drivers. I used Westlake as a third party. My original reservation was with LUXY. They contracted Westlake as my driver. I don’t why the owner of Westlake thought it was appropriate to contact me directly but he has totally ruined my experience. I might have used LUXY again, but knowing that they contract with such a terrible company…it’s not worth it. BEWARE"

"To all of the Uber Commercial and Black/SUV drivers out there be aware of this company, the owner and workers are the biggest scammers. I found their ad on craigslist to lease a SUV. Called the guy up and set a time to meet at his office. I was never told that I had to sign over 30 pages of contract which also included illegal acts such as purchasing a uber account for $3,000 if you don't have an uber account to begin with. As far as i know uber doesn't allow you to open a SUV/Black account since 2013. Make sure you do all of your research before giving out your personal information."
