"In the past Ernies (thanks to Isa) has been excellent/have used them repeatedly over the last decade for most of my mechanic needs as well as bi-yearly smog. Today, in a tight spot in need of assistance, I called and spoke to a person with a female sounding voice who it seemed to me, had no interest in helping me out for at least 3 weeks! This person didn't lift a finger to assist me with my car issue and clearly had only 1 goal in mind, to get off the phone, fast. It's a real 180 in terms of customer service.
