Despite claiming to use OEM parts, they actually opt for cheaper alternatives to save costs, without considering the impact on the final result. Their primary focus seems to be maximizing profits from insurance claims, with little regard for timeliness or customer satisfaction. I found Mike Everett, the person in charge, to be unprofessional and rude throughout my interactions with the business. It's worth noting that the president of this company, Cliff Sullivan, remains inaccessible, hidden behind layers of staff, making it nearly impossible to communicate with him directly."
