"Cool ambiance, but mediocre drinks. The Nara Sour was outright bad. Cool to see a speakeasy in the area. The yellowtail crudo was good."

"I’ve had the privilege of trying some of the best bars across 6 continents. I’m a bit of a craft cocktail enthusiast (read: pretentious snob) when it comes to good bars. In all seriousness, this is UNBELIEVABLY out of character from what you’d expect in Redlands. This easily ties the cocktail bars tied to many two star Michelin restaurants such as Providence in LA. I may even go so far as to say that this ties Death & Company in the Arts District, the Dead Rabbit in FiDi (Lower Manhattan), and Hatchet Hall in Culver City. This is the first place - bar or restaurant - in Redlands that I’ve been legitimately proud to showcase to people. If Redlands can have more establishments like this, then maybe the city is well on its way to catching up on a 70-year blown lead to the likes of Pasadena. Lastly, do not be put off by cost. They use quality ingredients. Of course the drinks are going to be more expensive. If you want a cheaper drink, get a Jack & Coke from a sports bar. These cocktails are not anything more than what you’d expect from a very high quality place in Santa Monica or Manhattan Beach. Very proud of Redlands for finally having a high-quality venue!"

"Illegal, just like my friend's first relationship. She was 16 and he was 20. Ironically, that age range parallels the cost range of these drinks. While expensive, I'd say these drinks are top notch. Closest competitor would be W. Wolfskill in Downtown Riverside. The Nara sour I had was delicious. Scotch, black sesame seeds, sesame oil, yuzu, and bourbon all came together to create a complex, layered drink. The seeds added an extra layer of texture and taste too. One of a kind drink, with a unique flavor profile. Their other drinks were just as delicious, but the Nara sour was by far my favorite. We did have some food as well, but I wouldn't recommend it, as the portions are far too small to feed my gluttoneous friend (she can eat 8 jack in the box tacos in one sitting) Overall, come here for the delicious drinks, and find food somewhere else. Just don't go to hate burger. I'd rather have Chris Hansen walk into my dinning room than eat hate burger."

"Awesome little gem. Interior and drinks were great service was good. Only reason for 3 star not much of speakeasy if they're not enforcing the their on house rules of no photography. There were s couple people taking pictures with flash and no one said anything. Bummer. Will go back and see if my next experience is different and will update"
