"Very nice guy. My car had something else wrong with it, he worked on my car for an hour before giving up. Told me what was wrong and recommended a shop that could fix the problem. Didn't change me for the aligning since it couldn't be done. I still wanted to pay him for his work so he wrote it up as an inspection, only $30. When I get it fixed I'll definitely buy back for the alignment."

He has an in-ground lift perfect for slammed cars, and an up to date alignment machine. The waiting area is relaxed with arcade games, YouTube car videos playing on a TV, and solid jams playing in the background. During your alignment, Quang will tell you any issues with any parts you may have installed incorrectly, and offer to correct them (with an increase to the price of alignment of course). Worn bushings, recommendations on substitute parts, etc will also be brought to your attention. After adjusting toe, camber AND caster (which 99% of alignment shops only touch toe settings), he will take it on a test drive to verify your car drives straight and smooth. After my first alignment at his shop, I've taken all my cars to him each time I've needed an alignment (3 vehicles now, and at least 7 alignments because I change coilover heights/control arms/wheels and tires a lot). His shop is an hour and ten minutes away from me, but there's no other shop comparable to the quality of labor and customer service from Quang at Hayward Alignment."
