"Had a really pleasant experience at Jiffy Lube San Leandro today for a routine oil change. I’ll admit I hate this chore and push it off because I usually get stressed out about the experience of an oil change. Today was great! The 4-5 guys working were so professional, so nice, so efficient, warm, genuine. It was refreshing and impressive to observe their teamwork and communications. They had it together and seem to enjoy each others camaraderie and what they do. I will definitely be going back again and will look forward to it! Thanks!"

"I had the best experience and results today after going to 2 other oil places in Oakland. Nicholas gave outstanding service when I got there I was so upset but he calm me down and said they would take care of my problem and he did. Every one of the employees I spoke to was outstanding and gave the best customer service I ever had at an oil change facility. "The wait for 3 vehicles was over 55 minutes just to drive into the bay (car behind me or would of driven out), trying very hard to up sale, horrible attitude, $89 for an oil change in a car. I will not come back, and wouldn't recommend. There are many places that do your oil change faster, cheaper, and with a better attitude."
