"I requested a quote to get my car repaired. I sent some pictures and contacted them by phone, a guy told me that he will call me back with an estimate that day, he never called me. I called back a week after and the same guy told me the same guy told me that he was gonna called me back in an hour and he never did. He should've told me that it wasn't a job that they couldn't do and not lie by saying that he was going to call me back. That's not professional."
