"Service could be better. Previous visit they wrote the wrong mileage on the reminder sticker, not a big deal, but I had to check the oil and get an oil change right away when I saw how dark it was. This time they pulled out my cabin air filter without asking to try and get me to change it (which I just did myself). They put the filter back and left the hinges off the cabin drawer so it spilled out when I opened it, They also put in a random number for the mileage on their system and didn't give me a reminder sticker. Don't rush, do the job right."

"My car was working perfectly fine until I took it to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Ever since, it has engine light on, air filter was dirty, low mileage... I don't know what the heck these guys did... Never ever go there."
