"I was immediately greeted by a sales person, who asked how he could help. He suggested we take a scan of my foot, then went over all the measurements with me. I asked about the price range and we went from there. He brought out a few pair of shoes & the corrective inserts. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the shoes, both in the length and width. My feet need extra wide, due to bunions. He was detailed & knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the color, feel, etc. He explained what the inserts were for and answered every question. Once I found a pair of shoes that fit perfect and looked good, well within my price range, he suggested I try walking on the shoes for a couple weeks. If I find that I am still experiencing some pain, come back and they could put the inserts in then. He did not try to over-sell me or make me feel like I needed to spend more than absolutely necessary. I would recommend Fleet Feet 100x over, to anyone. I was actually referred to Fleet Feet by someone at Good Feet who couldn't help me."

"Great experience at Fleet Feet Roseville and sales girl Yuli. I usually buy shoes on sale for under $60. However, now that I walk a lot and after a bad ankle sprain, knew it was time to invest in good shoes. Online options are overwhelming. Went into Fleet Feet and got high tech foot measurements which was enlightening. I wanted shoes for distance walking, ankle support, good traction. I went in thinking about one brand but based on my needs learned about 3 others and tried on with help from Yuli. I purchased a pair that met all my criteria which was a Brooks Silicone version. They weren’t cheap but I look at them as an investment in my health and ability to increase my exercise routine."
