"I seriously mean it from the 5 star service with these guys. From the moment I walk into their doors with a vehicle needing repairs to the moment I walk out with my vehicle being fixed. They educate me give me recommendations and don’t hide anything from me. It’s very kid friendly and it’s super helpful that they can drop me off back at my house while they work on my vehicle."
"My experience at Autotronics was great from the initial call to the picking up of my vehicle. Very professional and experienced. I would use them again.."
"I've been coming here off and on for years. So professional, so kind, pretty amazing. Today they fastened a plastic plate that had come loose on the bottom of my car, all for free! And it took them about 10 minutes. Lifesavers."
"First time using Autotronics and I simply can not convey my positive experience through words.. Such friendly, positive, accommodating, professional, educated people.. Not once did I feel upcharged or discredited for my fears, regarding my truck. Although they found nothing wrong with it, they went the extra mile to extinguish all my “self diagnosis”, even keeping it an extra day to hopefully mimic the issue. Most shops would have found a phantom issue and charged me accordingly . Autotronics has my vote and my repeat business.."
"I came in to have my breaks replaced and to have my sparkplugs and wires checked and possibly replaced do to hesitation upon acceleration. I made an appointment over the phone, I was not quoted a price. When I arrived I was told that an inspection of both needed to and was charged heavily for them to hook a scanner up when no check engine light. Even know my appointment was at 0800hrs, i was not contacted until after 1300hrs When the macanic called and was confused. I explained that I just wanted the sparkplugs and wires checked and if needed replaced and the breaks replaced because the pedal was sinking almost to the floor. He said that he would do the inspection and the receptionist would get back to me when done. I was contacted at 1630hrs saying that the inspection was done and I had a list of things to be done. Rack and pinion, CV axel, and breaks. At the estimated price of $3200 for the work. I gave the OK and was told that the work would begin the next day and it would be approximately 5hrs of work. I received another call the next day stating that they needed more parts to do the work and after they needed to do an alignment. Once again I OKed the new parts and thought the alignment would be included in the work, I was mistaken and the alignment was done the next day. I was charged for everything. The next day I was called after the alignment was done on day 3 saying it was done and ready for pick-up. I asked for the total of all the work and was quoted for almost $3900. I was not happy but the work was done so I really didn't have much of a choice. I went and picked up my car and was given a copy of all the work and parts that I was charged. Among the charges was $200 for the computer scanner, and another $200 for 2 quarts of full synthetic power steering fluid. To this day my breaks are still squeaking luckily I can stop my car alot better now, and my steering has alot of play to the point I'm very uncomfortable driving on the freeway because it shifts me all over the road at freeway speeds. I have been going to Autotronics since it opened day one. (Well my mother did) and once I got my own vehicle I would go there. It has always been my auto shop so I was very surprised for the prices and issues I'm having. Hopefully I can get my car back in and address the issues, more so with out suprise charges. Update I received a call from a member of autotronics to address my review. This member proceeded to blame another member stating "the member that handled your vehicle in the office was under qualified to do so and were sorry but I'm back in this office now. So please give us another chance." The person that handled my vehicle and the paperwork was just starting their second week with the company and asked questions to the other managers making sure it was right. While apologizing to me for having do so. The person that called also neglected to address the price or the play in my steering. Plus now I have a check engine light on saying my bank 1 is running lean meaning that it's not getting enough fuel. SO if they cleaned or replaced the injectors like I had asked I wouldn't have to be dealing with it now. I need a new mechanic...."
