"I like how easy it is to get your oil changed, and how nice the people are. However the downside is they are rather expensive. It was over a hundred bucks for an oil change on a Ford fusion. Also sometimes the lines can be kind of long. If the prices were more reasonable it definitely be five stars."

Didn’t give five stars because they do try to sell a lot of additional services which you’re not sure if they are really needed or may be part of a larger maintenance package. They do not push the additional services and only ask once but they seem to ask as you go rather than all at once."

My favorite part is how they specify every single thing they do for you before doing it. And you can say no whenever you want and there will never be push-back from them. You stay in your vehicle for the entire service, you are offered beverages, they top off your fluids, check your tire pressure and it is a quarter of the price compared to if you were to take it into the dealership. I came here on my lunch and was in and out in under 20 minutes! I am sold and will definitely be a repeat customer. ♡"

"Got the oil change on my 2019 ecodiesel RAM 1500 yesterday afternoon. What are mistakes. Everything was going well until technician install the oil filter. Filter was out please and when I started the truck oil splash everywhere. They did put a new filter after that but damaged was done. Most of the engine compartment was covered in oil. They did tried to clean it up but didn't do a good job. No I have oil all over my driveway and garage floor. So I will not use this place ever again."
