"DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! They recently changed their name, maybe it was to avoid responsibility as the former "business." But, it is the same place and the same operation. They "fixed" my bumper under an insurance claim, but did not secure it fully. It was loose enough that months later, well within the "1-Year Warranty" that was supposed to be in effect, the bumper rattled off while driving at freeway speed, and the car ran over it as it tore off. Quite frightening, to say the least! These people refuse to repair the bumper under their "warranty," as promised, such that I had to pay a second deductible to get the bumper properly repaired at another, much more reputable, location. I will NEVER use this business again, and I highly recommend you avoid them like the plague if you want your car repaired correctly to begin with, and just in case you should ever need warranty work. I would give them "0" stars, if I could. _________________________________________________ I see you took the time to respond to my review (above) stating you would further investigate. I don't believe you will. I have made every effort to work with you, in person and through the Bureau of Automotive Repair. You have repeatedly denied any liability for your failure to perform, and refuse to reimburse the costs I incurred for your shoddy workmanship. You claim that the time elapsed was too long for a failure to occur. However, the failure occurred within your so-called "1-year Warranty." I have to wonder why you claim to have a 1-year warranty, then refuse to repair a failed repair within that 1 year. Please explain how you intend to investigate and prevent this from happening again??? What is to stop you from denying other warranty claims? This is BLATANT MISREPRESENTATION and HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE."
"Worst place I've ever been. Don't go here at least until things have settled down. At least a year. They just got bought. Must be pretty bad because the reception person admitted they've had a lot of turnover. So there is no one to work on the cars straight through and complete a job. They had my car for two months! They lied to me several times about when I would get my car back. It was lying in the garage in pieces. The repair garage name was recently changed to crash champions. The reception said to give them a 10 on their review because anything else it automatically shows up as a bad score like one or zero. Sounded like another lie to me. She said if I didn't want to put all 10's (the highest rating) that I should call the manager. Who are they kidding. The manager should be calling every single customer and apologizing and giving discounts so they don't go out of business. AAA referred me to this place. I wonder if they know how bad this place has become. I did fill out the review survey AAA sent me. AAA told me insurance pays to have the car returned in like new condition. When I got the car back, the headlights were no longer working. I don't drive at night, so I feel the lights were left on on purpose so they would burn out. I wasn't about to go back there to have them keep it another day. I had to pay for a rental car after the insurance rental allowance expired. I found this place so untrustworthy and has bad customer service I am going to pay somewhere else to fix the lights. I recommend B & J Auto Body."

"While everyone at the shop is very polite and courteous, getting a hold of anyone has been a problem for both myself and my insurance company. My car has been at the shop since just before Thanksgiving. We are now almost in the middle of January and my case has yet to be resolved because my insurance company is waiting for one additional piece of paper from them and can't close my case without it. On top of that, I've tried calling repeatedly to come and get my possessions out of my car and no one has called me back at all. I'm a single mom, living on my own with just my son and I and this has taken a substantial financial toll on me. While the staff is very polite and friendly, given the opportunity I would never take a vehicle to this location again due to the poor communication that myself and my insurance company has faced."
"I wish I could give them a 10 star! Amazing customer service, they really care about their customers and you can tell! They went the EXTRA mile for me when getting my car worked on. They are super communicative, kind, knowledgeable and they actually CARE! David, Dustin, Jerry and Travis were all amazing and helped me get back on the road asap. Choose this place!!!!! I am very thankful for all of them going above and beyond my expectations!"
