"So I came here because I had a coupon to smog my car. Usually places that honor coupons in large quantities will suffer with the quality of service or goods. Not here. Dean had me in and out with a passing smog certificate in 13 minutes. I'm all about efficiency and friendly service and that's what I got. Thank you!"

"They are no longer STAR certified and being that the DMV has mandatory requirements to have STAR certification, this is almost useless. I got there today at 10:30, me and a another lady read the sign that said they will be back at 12:00pm but they're texting the lady to still come in. I'm glad I had to wait because That's when I discovered they no longer have their certification, I had time to refund my Groupon. I'm going to go somewhere else."

"Paid for service on Groupon then Called on phone 2 days straight, No Answer, drive for 30 minutes to get there at 2pm Tuesday afternoon, to find note on door ' Closed for family crisis ' called back next day , no answer. Paid up front" No phone answer or message" ,Drive there 30 minutes in middle of work day to a closed business" Don't want to make another wasted trip, but no phone answered nor message. Unbelievable!"

"Went there 2 years ago and had great customer service by a woman that helped me and my husband. So fast forward to yesterday 10/11/2023 decided to come back again this time. As my paperwork clearly states "STAR station only." When I walk up a man walks out and says "Ma'am can I see your paperwork?" Showed him, he says "Nope, not doing Star testing!" I said: "At all?" he said: NO! Walks away and I said "Even if I got a Groupon?" I am like puzzled at this point on what to do. He said: "Well you better get your money back!!" Walks off, RUDE man and overall bad customer service! You dont talk to customers in that manner if you are running a business. Now Groupon is giving me the runaround. After 12 emails, back and forth on why I want my money refunded. They said they contacted this merchant and states they are and will accept the voucher and to go to this location and ask again. If I dont agree then I have to wait 48 hours to contact back. Unbelievable! Worst experience with this location and Groupon. Never again!!"

"Was there on a Sunday, right when they opened. Philip was very kind & got me processed quickly, even giving me a tip to take some weight off my Keychain as it could cause ignition switch issue. I was there a total of 15 minutes from start to finish. Will definitely be returning back for all my family's vehicles"
