"Came in for what I thought was a worn front knuckle. They were able to diagnose the correctly worn ball joint and not overcharge me for the difference in price ($89 for a ball joint vs $451 for a knuckle). Got me out the door with an alignment and saved me about $300. Bree went above and beyond by staying in during her lunch hour so I could pony up and make it to a job interview. These guys do *great* work for a fair price. Certainly earned my business here on out."

"Drove 30 mins across town for Clark Frame & Wheel and they did not disappoint! I dropped my car off for a diagnosis after experiencing a roaring noise on the front right tire and wheel. I took my car to two different body shops prior, and both could not find the cause. Clark Frame & Wheel was able to diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and also found that the front subframe of my car had shifted and proceeded with a wheel alignment. Their diagnosis procedure, service, and work description were top-notched! "What a Difference! I had some front end work done along with new tires at another shop out of the area and experienced some bad driving characteristics. My truck was swaying all over when changing lanes to the point it felt unsafe. I found Clark Frame & Wheel Alignment after some Google searches and I am Happy I did! "I brought in my car; no alignment shop could do an alignment as the bolts were rusted from Northeast salt and snow. A shop told me 10 years ago it could not be done, but it was fine until recently, until it developed major toe in and started chewing through my tires. I went to a highly rated shop who worked on it, and they said they were unable to do it, and they probably would have to be cut off things off. I talked to the dealership who said it would cost over $3000 dollars to repair things and that's IF they didn't have to cut off the bolts. I called here and Case (one of the owners) sounded confident. I didn't have much faith but the reviews were good, so I brought it in. Case DID IT! And only for the cost of an alignment a a reasonable labor cost! Saved me over 3k! Really nice people; clean shop! I talked to Case and he clearly has a lot of pride in his work. 5 Star service!"
