"Please, just look at the invoice and it should explain why I’m rating this business 1 star. I feel as a woman, I was taken advantage of. Asked for a tune-up and all that was changed was 4 spark plugs and 1 air filter then they charged 310$ in labor. Also, they were unable to diagnose what was wrong with my car anyways. When I called back to ask questions , they claimed they wrote the invoice wrong and did more services than they included in the invoice . Funny how that works , they forgot to include the services in the description but didn’t forget to “charge” me for them. Then offered me free service next time I come, yeah that tells me all I need to know. They obviously knew they were wrong, wouldn’t recommend this business as they obviously took advantage of the fact that I’m a woman bringing my car to a shop. Extremely disappointed."
