"I see most of the reviews are pretty solid here so I decided to reach out. Through text but rep had asked me about price and I told him my range (which was on the spot estimated) and he told me with no effort wasn't reasonable and to reach back out when have a reasonable price. Funny, went to another BMW dealership not too far and they told me they would work with me on the price (which is what we want to hear and the effort counts) we actually got really close to what I was hoping for. Very happy with my purchase there. I def recommend some sales/customer service training."
"I encountered some challenges at the dealership, and while I won't single out that specific salesperson, let's refer to him as X. I'd like to share my experience.. The satisfaction of acquiring a car extends beyond the vehicle itself; it's significantly shaped by the salesperson's attitude. I won't be receiving the vehicle for free; instead, I'll be making a substantial investment. Unfortunately, the interaction left me with a negative impression due to what I perceived as arrogance. An illustration of this is the dealership's commitment to a one-price strategy. However, conveying this with arrogance differs greatly from explaining it politely. Moreover, stating that I don't appreciate honesty is inaccurate. I value honesty and politeness. In our conversation, when you printed the quote and placed it on the table, Suddenly you turned the paper upside down while I was reading it. I believe there are more effective and respectful methods to positively influence customers to choose your dealership. X, if you come across this message, my suggestion is to focus on fostering a more respectful attitude. A skilled professional can influence customers positively, and sometimes people don't mind stretching their budget for a vehicle when the experience is favourable.
