"Stopped by for the first time today, just got my compact cargo van back from the shop, so I couldn't get a wash on the new paint, but wanted the inside cleaned up-- the back of the van was super dusty and I pointed out pockets in the floor that were really needing cleaned. The guy who checked me in assured me they'd get wiped out. It was SO CLEAN in the front seats (the only seats are the driver and passenger seat, the back is just an metal box) and the windshield was so clear, I didn't even think to look in the back despite it only taking about 15 minutes. Welp I got home and the back hadn't been touched, like at ALL, I had to do the entire thing. I called after I was done and Sam picked up the phone (not sure if Sam was the same guy who checked me in) and I mentioned what happened and he just said he'd let his guys know to do a better job. Didn't offer any other solutions. Super disappointing. I coulda spent 10 bucks or less to do the front seats myself, and I paid 20 for the whole van....feels like i got ripped off. If a manager could refund me, that would feel like a solution. At least for half. But I don't think I'd bring my van back after this visit. I have before and after pics of what didn't get cleaned and then after I cleaned it."

"It was out of my way, but I was not happy with the car wash that I usually go to. This one is new, and they also offer oil changes. I didn't try that, just the wash. But I was happy with the price and service. It's in the Arden Mall area, so I'm sure I'll use it again."
