"The left glass window and regulator for my 2023 Acura RDX (that's correct - 2023) was replaced at this dealership last January 2, 2024. What a lousy and very poor job the service department did! (1) door panel was reinstalled improperly; (2) all 4 windows are ajar and do not close tight; and (3) blind spot warning system goes on & off! I am pissed and very, very disappointed with this kind of repair that this particular service department did to my SUV. And this is my honest and unbiased review based on my personal experience! Update: Brought back my RDX to EG Acura 01/16/2024 and they promptly fixed the issue regarding the door panel. They explained what could have caused the windows to be ajar but couldn't explain the issue regarding the blind spot warning device."
