"This shop is under new management and updated more expensive prices. Wanted to do an oil change with my filter and my oil and I was quoted a price more expensive than other places where oil and filter is included. Told the owner Mr.Phong T that I believe is too much for an oil change which should not take more than 15 minutes, I got his business card and updated his phone number here on maps even if that is not my business I wanted to help fellow maps users so they don't have to call a disconnected number. I understand that nobody wants to work for cheap but in the same time most customers are short of money and one important business axiom is that a sale is better than no sale. I won't comment on the state of the shop or their mechanical skills because I did not was given a chance to spend the little money here. The previous owner had more reasonable prices but it would drag his feet to actually do any work in a timely manner. The owner seems nice and want to help but if he keep his prices same as his neighbours he might lose old customers. Time will tell."

"I've been a customer for several years and have only good things to say about this shop. The owner of the shop is always professional and he knows a lot about cars. I usually come here for suspension and engine issues. Prices are reasonable and they do quality work."
"Though the technicians are professional and decent, but the guy who presents himself as the office manager misleaded me in giving the correct information about fixing my car, till I spoke directly with the technician and refix it again. I also saw him dealing inappropriately with a customer from a different culture. I requested to speak with the owner of the shop. Someone, answered the phone and presented himself as the owner. Anyway I reported these issues to him."
