"I'm highly disappointed!! The sequence of events that has brought me to conclude I may be in for a big battle regarding repairs that were made to my CL550 by Complete Performance. I'm finding out through another technician the work done by complete Performance has failed. They advised me I should still be under warranty thinking Bobby was good people I went back knowing I’m warranted as stated on the invoice. Bobby insists the problem is not in the work they did even though the failed repairs in question, are identified failure by Mercedes coding system. Bobby claims " the repairs they did are fine and that the check engine light is now off". The check engine light came back on blinking as soon as I drove off. it turned out all he did was simply reset it. At this point my trust is all gone. I think Bobby sees me as an idiot. We’ll see about that. Response from the owner 4 hours ago Well we hope you a better experience, I was advised that you denied the service and wanted to get it checked by Mercedes to see if it was our fault an denied us to work on it after letting you know exactly what’s wrong with your car and what needed to be fixed for the light to go away. You did not pay for diagnosing and had the full service done for free. On February 1st Bobby’s response to my google review is even worse!! It’s is my OPINION BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE Bobby not only a dishonest person he’s outright liar! I brought a whiteness with me that day because Bobby is a smooth talker!! He had me replacing parts in my car I didn’t even needed like my OIL SEPARATOR which I later discovered! When I found out the original repair I took the car for in the place has failed I went back to Complete performance All I needed him to fix was just what was warranted. NOTHING ELSE. in stead, he wanted me to pay another $310 to fix something els. Especially after finding out the Oil Separator he claimed need to be replaced was completely unnecessary and a host of things he kept adding to the bill that need to be “ replaced” that should have been my red flags. This time i went to him with full knowledge about my car I wasn’t about to get fleeced again. Bobby comes off as a nice honest caring guy. Sadly I’m finding out the later Bobby claims in his review response “he was advised I denied service” which is another flat out lie! When the person I had ALL communication with was only with him. Why in the world would I “deny” service if he was willing to fix the problems by honoring his own warranty. I went back to rectify the problem ONLY THAT!!! His response to my review is ridiculous It makes ZERO sense and yet another flat out lie. Bobby for goodness sakes do right by your customers. nothing good comes out of being dishonest"

"I took my car for repairs to this place post doing some google research and was not disappointed as the price, service and customer care was top notch, Ben the manager was knowledgeable, courteous and came across as honest person to deal with. I am going to take my other vehicle for repairs to Ben's place and will refer to my circle too."

"Today I went on a whim and dropped my car off to this shop. I've never brought my car here before but I read that this shop had great reviews . Bobby the owner was very welcoming and his assistant too. They were able to Do a diagnostic and find what was wrong and fix it , within 4 hours my car was ready. Customer service was the best. Definitely going back for all my car needs.Thank you Bobby the owner !!!!!"

"I'm posting this in behalf of my daughter's Mustang car repairs as I paid big money for engine installed in December of 2019 but went back there for smaller repairs. Recently I found out that all these years my daughter's car was sluggish because Craig the owner who did the job forgot to put back a part which would've make a difference in this car performance. She told him many times about the issue but he just ignored it. I paid big money, more than other shops like double for her car breaks. Last year she went there for A/C paid for it but got no A/C. I assume it was a leak somewhere and he didn't check it. I called him about it and he wasn't nice in the response. He praise himself of being one of the best therefore charge more money but he's not. His clerk asked for a review after the engine and another repair and gave them 5 stars but now I realized that he didn't deserve that but brought him more business and money."
