Franklin's Family Auto Care

"I had somebody recommended this place for my car B service. So I called this place and I called couple of other places and John on the phone. I told him what kind of a car I have what year and what kind of service I need I was told it should be about $333.00 maximum $400. Other two places I called they give me a estimate of $450 and $503 for the same service for my car. So I decided to go to this place because I thought they were the cheapest. John told me it’s gonna take a whole day they have no Internet no TV and I had nobody to give me a ride back-and-forth. He recommended Uber I could’ve taken a Uber home but it’s impossible to take a Uber from my residence since a lot of people have their own cars in my neighborhood and they never call Uber. So I go ahead and made an appointment and plan to stay in that place whole day. I went there for only B service I got the estimate for $560 that’s $160 extra on top of what I was told. Also they gonna hold my car all day. When I asked John, why suddenly price went from 400 all the way to 560. He said it’s a big car. When I told him I told him what type of car it is both year and all the descriptions he said oh he doesn’t know much about cars. It’s very frustrating when person gets the wrong estimate I don’t mind about $510 extra but $160 extra on top of the estimate I was giving that’s a big difference. Appointment was about 30 minutes but since there was other cars I was done around 10:15 am I was thrilled that I didn’t have to stay all day there. However, I wasn’t happy with the giving me estimate. I really like the guys John and Walter. I really hope next time estimate will be more exact."
