"The man who does the work on the cars is kind and professional, but the lady that takes the calls and handles billing is not worth dealing with and is the complete opposite of man. They will charge you for multiple diagnostic fees even if you go back for the same thing, just to make sure it is still the same thing... I had them do a specific job request that was suggested by les schwab; only to have them say I still need a diagnostic fee... I had to put my foot down on that."

"I would not and I repeat would not take my car to j and j autos every time. They have left part of my car. I just settled with them today. $330000 later. They had to pay for my parts that they left off my car. Word of advice, check your car after leaving there."
