"Just called, asked them if they can do a certain amount of work on the car and he said “I don’t know you have to bring the car here” so I said can I bring the car by today and he hung up the phone..? My car can not drive and I have to tow it to somewhere that can do specific work on it and he refuses to answer if the shop can even do that work and on top of that has a rude attitude. You lost a sale that’s for sure."
