"I made an appointment for an alignment and once I arrived to the service center, no one came out and asked me anything or if they could help. I wasn’t sure who to talk to or where to go, so I just wandered around the area trying to find a front desk until someone came up and asked if they could help. They were nice and got me started on the process. I then waited for over 2 hours for just an alignment that I had an appointment for. I understand that automotive work can’t be really fast sometimes but that long for just an alignment is too long especially when you’re paying $235 for it, it’s all labor no parts. Would like to see better customer service, specifically when someone arrives and they could be pointed where to go. Then faster turnaround times for work."
