"I had my fuel pump replaced 5 months back. The new one installed was defective. They repaired free of charge. I picked it up yesterday and it died today, had it towed to the shop. Its Saturday, theyre closed. Mark came in and saw my truck out front and called me. They fixed my truck on a Saturday to make it right, 3 hours after I dropped the truck I got it back. They drove it to my house. I didnt even complain. Customer for life."
