"I came here because I had failed a smog check twice (the second time after having already gone to a mechanic). Everything was straightforward, he wasn't trying to scam me for more money like some places do. Very happy I came here!"
"NEVER GO HERE !!! RIP OFF!! They scratched my car when doing the repair. The ridiculous thing is they were trying to delete the evidence video my DashCam recorded but failed. They still didn’t admit their fault even we shown them the video evidence. The car oil light is still on after they said they did the oil change. I reasonably doubt if they did repair job properly after we checked all the video DashCam recorded. We already filed the police report and are preparing the lawsuit. They don’t really know how important the business credit is and doesn’t care if they’re sued. Ok then, wait for the court summons!"
"I called about a possible transmission fluid leak, and they told me to come in. They found a more pressing issue (oil leak) and directed me to go back to where I had my oil changed so it could be fixed for free. They also noticed my water was low and filled it up. They didn’t charge me for any of their time. I will definitely be back for my next service!"
