"Person at counter horrible as walked voice don't put nothing on counter I wasn't going to but his attitude than I show him my pump need rebuild he writes up work order with price I signed he told me Monday or Tuesday than I called Wednesday asking if pump was ready he got mad and told me if I don't have patience than why did I bring for repair at this location what ? I asked him when I signed work order you told me Monday or Tuesday he again got angry told me pickup my gunk so I said ok went there Monday 1pm my pump was set outside for anyone one to pickup so I picked up the pump open open the door showed picking up and left Tuesday morning I called asking if I can bring my new pump for timing he reply don't need your business take it elsewhere Very bad very rude I'll be complaining to BAR this shouldn't happen place of business should be professional operations I took to diesel place woodland very friendly and helpful people guided me right direction I suggest everyone woodland diesel shop the best with great customer service I will never recommend or use diamond diesel west sacramento never until they bring in friendly service who can handle customer service not just at work for pay check this doesn't help owners who pays bills and payroll"
