It took 3+ months for this visit. Technicians took care of all issues which in about four days. Good communication from the center and I was provided an Enterprise rental of similar SUV class. Would I purchase Rivian again? Yes."

"I stopped by the Service Center in hopes of checking out some color options which are hard to judge in online images. As has always been the case, the staff were welcoming and engaging. Ellie the Ops Mgr still remembered me from my first visit over a year ago. Josh brought out an R1S in the color we wanted to evaluate. Had an enjoyable and informative conversation with him. Good group of people doing a good job. 11.10.23 - Took delivery of our R1S, purchased out of the R1S shop. The crew that walked us through payment, DMV, inspection and all were absolutely terrific. Patient, knowledgeable and responsive. Yes, there were four minor cosmetic blemishes that we noted. They immediately replaced the part on one of the blems, and we have our service appointment next month to correct the others. And let me emphasize that these were MINOR blemishes. No panel gaps or build defects. Great experience. The people at the SC make me want to just go hang out with them and talk Rivian. So very welcoming."
