"I have been a faithful Meineke customer for at least 10 years, taking all of my cars there and even recommending other people to get their cars serviced there. However, this last experience left the worst taste in my mouth and I may unfortunately NEVER be going back again. My engine light came on and just like always, I take my vehicle to Meineke, because they are the experts and I trust their recommendations. In the end, it was recommended that I get a certain very expensive maintenance done, I learned after it was too late to do anything about it, that it was not necessary right now. I explained that the price ($4,000) was too high (especially right after the holidays), but the manager insisted this maintenance was very necessary or it could be catastrophic for my car. Me being so conscientious about making sure all of the maintenance for my cars is never behind, because I drive 75 miles each way every day to work, to include weekends and I have to have a good running car (and the lack of mechanical expertise, which is why I rely and TRUST the experts), I reluctantly agreed. After finding a way to pay for the work that was done, I was left feeling very frustrated and very ashamed of myself, because I felt like I had gotten smarter over the years, by putting the right people in place that I could trust to not steer me in the wrong direction, but obviously, it is very clear to me that I have a lot more to learn, even at my age in my 50s! I have a lot of respect for the owner of this particular Meineke (he even recognized me on a first name basis, because I went there so much with ALL of my cars), but the manager (who has done this a few times with me before) will remain nameless. Do not get me wrong, I understand that everyone has to make a living and I believe in paying for services rendered and I never seek out discounts beyond what is offered by the business. However, this time felt very different and very bad and for that reason, I may NEVER set foot in another Meineke again!"

"Meineke is absolutely the best place to take your car. I have been going there for many years and they have always been great in repairing my car or just doing regular maintenance. They always let me know and send pictures of what the problem is if I need it fixed immediately or can I wait a bit for that particular issue. I wholeheartedly recommend them"
