"Terrible experience. I do not suggest taking your vehicle to this location due to a severe lack of communication and damaged items. Went in early on a Tuesday morning due to a combo meter going out and opted for a full inspection on a 2008 Prius. I was never contacted about the results of the inspection, I had to contact the service center at the end of the day to get a report. According to Mark, my repair manager, he tried texting me but I never received the text. I agreed to replacing the combo meter, the drive belts, and the front brakes. The repairs would take approximately a week due to needing to wait for parts. No issue. On Saturday I contacted the service center because I wanted to ask if I could add repairing the A/C to the list of repairs. My repair manager was out on that day, so I was informed a note would be left for him when he came back into the office on Monday. Once again, no issue. Monday comes and I await a call, which I never receive. Instead, I am sent a text at the end of the day saying my car was completed. Tuesday, I try to follow-up with the repair manager, first thing in the morning at 8:45am, to see if he got my note from Saturday. I am informed that he no longer works for the company. Confused but still wishing to complete my repairs I ask for whomever was now managing my affairs. I am told he is with a customer and that they will leave him a note to call me when he is done. An hour and fifteen minutes transpire and I am still not contacted. So, I call again and was informed the new repair manager is not available as he is away from his desk. They ask if I want to leave another note. Seeing as these “notes” do not seem to get anyone’s attention, I tell the receptionist no and that I will call again later in the day. By noon, my calls still went unanswered so I called a third time. I was informed that my new repair manager was still away from his desk and unavailable so I inform them I will be arriving to pick up my vehicle. If the new manager does not have time for a five-minute phone call, he obviously does not have time to manage additional repairs. My total for repairs was $1,500. When I received my car, it was in utter disarray. My car seat covers were folded in an odd way. The strap that held the driver seat cover to my seat was torn apart making the seat cover utterly useless now (which is infuriating because there was Velcro on the strap that just had to be undone to take the cover off, the strap did not have to be ripped). The floor mat was in my trunk. My dash cam and phone holder were removed and stashed in the back seat (I understand they had to be removed to replace the combo meter but everything should have been restored to its original location after the repair). The dash was smeared with grease. The maintenance required codes had not been cleared. If these items had to be removed for repairs, I would have gladly removed them myself to ensure the damage did not occur but I was never informed. It appears the repairs were indeed done but due to having damaged items in my vehicle, I am concerned as to the quality of said repairs."
"Dissatisfied. Don't be fooled with promotional emails from Toyota. Most of it aren't true. Went for service 1/22/24. Got an email for 10% discount for parts and service. I showed it to the Advisor. I sent the promotional email to the advisor. The cashier's office did not accept the 10% discount. Why would they send promotional emails if they can't sustain it. 10% discount is nothing but the issue is fooling customers. I would not recommend Toyota anymore. Probably fooling customers is one of their business. Advisor Andres Flores did his best. I don't have problems with the employees who assisted me. It's not their fault. I appreciate their assistance."
"Took my Lexus IS300 (Lexus is made by Toyota) in for a timing belt change and water pump replacement as well as a new drive belt. John was very friendly and helpful and walked me through everything. Thank you so much John for your help!"
"So unprofessional, when you pull up to any of the service centers the ignore you and then have you sit in your car and wait for a unreasonable amount of time having to listen to a bunch of workers sitting around not working talking about their Saturday nights at the club. Super awkward af next time I'm going to Jiffy lube."
