"Needed help replacing the fuel injectors in my car. The dealership wanted to replace the entire kit and not just the injectors. While charging me thousands of dollars out the door. Plus they weren't 100% sure it would fix the problem. I don't know about you, but I can't drop that much money for just 1 repair. I started doing some research and calling different shops. First I started by asking if anyone could just clean the injectors. Seems there's a special machine for that and it isn't a common machine at shops. After checking the reviews for Visit Auto I called them. Sal the owner took my call. I asked many many questions and he answered them all. He is a no B.S. kind of man. He knew the dealership was charging too much and he came up with a plan to save me money and headaches. He would order just the injectors and replace them. We would then go from there. When I took my car he came over to meet me. He has a respectful, attentive demeanor. I then left my car in his hands and prayed for the best. We were communicating regularly on the delivery of the parts and the progress on the repairs. About a week later my car was ready for pick up. So far my car is working better than before, but for some reason, we still have the check engine light. Thank you Sal for your willingness to help my family with our car."

"If we could give 10 stars, we would. We live an hour or so from Davis, traveling on the I-80 the transmission in our 2011 Chevy Tahoe gave up. We pulled over and searched for a nearby auto shop. Sal's shop was the nearest and had a few great reviews, so we called. Sal came out to the hard shoulder within 10-15 minutes to diagnose the problem and help us back to the shop. From the start, he communicated clearly and transparently, building trust with us every step of the way. He sourced options for the replacement transmission right away, was upfront about pricing, gave us good advice with no pressure, and his estimate for the work was excellent, entirely reasonable for both parts and labor. We felt totally confident leaving the car with him, so we could continue on our trip in a rental car. The work took about a week to 10 days to complete -- exactly what Sal estimated based on time to get the rebuilt transmission and do the work -- and he sent us updates by text and video. And he was patient and supportive as we had to work out a way to pay him remotely. Excellent service from beginning to end, and our Tahoe has come back like new! Thank you, Sal and team!"
