"This was my first time going to this location, and I got there around 4pm. There were two guys working, one seemed to be teaching the other some new things, but they both worked quickly and were extremely kind!! He recommended 2 other services for higher mileage cars, but was not pushy AT ALL when asking, which was such a nice change from other places! So I went ahead and got those other services done and every step of the way, the main gentleman in charge was communicating with me and letting me know how it was going! This was an extremely positive experience and I will absolutely be going back when I need my oil changed again!"

"The people who performed the work to change the oil in my Prius were knowledgeable, experienced and professional. They didn’t try to up-sell me anything. They showed me the air filter which was basically clean, then cleaned what little dirt was in it and put it back. They also discussed changing the transmission fluid but I decided against it. They did not try to talk me into it. I trust their service and will continue to use them in the future."

"This place is awesome! You don't even have to get out of the car. They do everything while you relax in the comfort of your own vehicle! They were so fast that I went home, got my spouse's car and went back. Both cars were done in under an hour. So less than 30 minutes per car. I even had them change the air and cabin filters. They also remembered to check and reset the car computers so the warning doesn't pop up again!"

"In a nutshell, the service here can be spotty and it's overpriced for what one gets. Yes, they change the oil but don't expect them to do anything else reliably. And pay close attention to the paperwork you receive from them and you will find that they say they do things that they actually never perform. I've been here twice since the old Sundance Car Wash went bust, the new Five Star Car Wash moved in, and then transferred their oil change business to Oil Changers. The first time they did not check the lights or fill the washer fluid reservoir, something I discovered when it ran dry on me not long afterward, forcing me to buy a bottle of fluid and fill the reservoir without the benefit of a funnel. At least today they did it. But, despite what the photo of the paperwork I received says, they did not check the tire pressures, something they did not do the last time either. I craned my neck around and could not see a hose coming from an air compressor. I suspect they don't have one. The paperwork says they checked the air filter but I'm pretty certain they didn't. I was sitting there the entire time and I can see well enough what's going on even with the hood up. Also, I was NOT offered the opportunity to have my windshield washed despite what the paperwork says. I actually would have liked having it washed! They call this a "Full Service Bulk Oil Change" but it's really nothing more than a simple oil and filter change, and a rather pricey one at that. After the rather negative experience during my last visit, I had planned on making an appointment at Big O Tires on the other end of town for Thursday, a place I've gone for oil changes in the past because they actually do check things like tires pressures (and the tires and brakes as well), but decided I'd give Oil Changers another try because it's close to home and they're faster. Yes, this experience was better than the last one but I really did not get what I paid for and I doubt I'll be back."
