"First time using SERRATOS. Myself and close friends trailered our bikes from Missouri to cross into Baja at Tecate. I had reasonable concerns about security, etc. before arriving. The owner made everything super easy. Upon arrival, all concerns were immediately gone. The facility is tidy, well kept, and top notch. Communication was awesome, and the owner is a gentleman. Will use everytime I go to Baja, and recommend heartily."
