They kept me updated on when parts would arrive, and when they had the car they’d update me with multiple calls and texts messages updates in regards to the current situation with the car. "Very poor experience with these people. They grossly miss quoted damages to my vehicle to charge my insurance more. Kept my car for 50% longer than quoted with no attempt to communicate. My contact their Joe seems nothing but bothered and annoyed any time I had to contact them, before or after repairs. After farming work out to several companies cause why not, they return my car to me with a dead battery cause they left my keys in the ignition with lights on. Still looking for where a spare bolt went flying of from under my car on the highway. Highly do not recommend! Ps. Second star because Technicians seem like fine people, work done by the mostly seems to be of quality work, but they can't make up for all the poor decisions of management and office staff."
