"I called Friday before Christmas to find out if my vehicle was ready, it was ready the day before. They didn’t call my correct phone number because they did not do their due diligence to check the system. They also put in parts that were not authorized by my warranty and tried to charge me for it, they wouldn’t release my vehicle unless I paid for it. The owners resolution was to hold my car after Christmas and put the old parts back in. Absolutely ridiculous service. They didn’t even call me to get my authorization to do so. I do not recommend for other active duty members to come here. They will sneak parts you didn’t want or authorized then gaslight you into thinking you have to pay for them. Don’t worry though I already posted and blasted the business to MCAS group on Facebook. I won’t be taking it down until I get a refund"
