"Don't let the owner convince you to purchase something. He's very slick in talking up his items and even said to bring it back if I didn't like it. When I did bring it back he said they don't give refunds at all. Complete contradiction. A business that is contradictory and doesn't offer refunds at all comes off as VERY shady."

"Purchased a few t-shirt from this place with a decent experience. Went in on another visit and the owner convinced me to purchase a jacket i was not crazy about ($173). Owner said "go show it to your girlfriend and if she doesn't like it, no problem, bring it back." So I did just that and brought the jacket back the next week. He refused to give me a refund. After an extended discussion he took the jacket and said he has to get permission from the owners to process this request (although he said numerous times that he is the owner). A week later I got a call from him saying he can issue me the refund but i have to come back to the store. So once i returned a few weeks later but the guy was not there. Whoever was watching the store called him and the guy did not remember me / did not promise any refund, and hung up the phone on me (I can't believe grown men still do that!). So now i don't have the jacket, nor store credit, nor my money. Had to file a claim with Visa out of principal. Also filing a complain with the BBB. If you don't want to have a shady experience then avoid this place. Will update this review with the resolution (if i ever get one)."
