"Took my car there to have the front wheel hubs replaced. I gave the owner two brand new wheel hubs that I bought on my own to have him install them on my vehicle. He took the two brand new wheel hubs and did not install them on my vehicle and then charged me for labor. I later had to take my car to the dealership to have the wheel hubs he so-called replaced on my car."
