"Thank you Toro Tires for saving us. We are on our way back to Arizona from Glendale, California & our tire light came on, we were losing air in our tire as we were driving. The other Tire shops closed at 5 and it was 4:45pm. Toro Tires took care of it for us and got us back in the road in 15 minutes. Thank you, Toro Tires!"

"Quite honestly, we started okay with this mechanic. In time though I saw that he was not very respectful with how he spoke. But also my car is still having issues and he says everything is fine. He doesnt communicate well and makes you feel ridiculous for asking question. I paid him to replace things that did not need fixing for him to say “your car is fine maam” I just cant seem to find a mechanic that is honest. I am not trying to get free work just good work."

"While driving late at night on the freeway my car had essentially exploded and started to smoke. I pulled over and noticed that not only did my coolant reservoir car and start leaking, it seemed like my water pump was completely broken. Had to leave my car overnight and came back the next day to have it towed out. I was in a bit of a hard spot because I own a 2013 VW Jetta and I know that not a lot of mechanics will work on a foreign car. I had called 6 different places around town and most of them either hung up after telling me no or just flat out refused to even talk about the issues I was having with my car. I called Toro and a gentleman named Miguel answered and right away he said to bring it in and he’d take a look at it. Had it towed and immediately he took the time to really break down what services would be provided and how he’d get the diagnostics done on my car. No sooner than 2 hours later I got a phone call and he explained to me what happened, how it happened and what he would do in order to get my car back into shape. The amount of time he spent really explaining all the small details was very helpful, not only did I feel my car was in good hands, I was better able to understand just what was wrong and exactly how it would be fixed. I picked up my car today at about 3:30 after it only being in the shop for a little over a day and I couldn’t be happier!! The short amount of time it took was incredibly impressive to me and I can’t say enough how truly thankful and appreciative I am to have found a mechanic who actually cared about getting my car back up and running and actually took the time to focus on what needed to get done so that I could get back into the swing of things. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and honest mechanic, look no further than Miguel at Toros!!! I will definitely be coming back for all of my car issues and highly recommend to anyone who is in a situation like mine."

"Miguel was very accommodating and helpful. Came in town to pickup a vehicle and had it checked out before driving it to Vegas. $95 inspection price was fair. (Only pay 95 if you choose not to do the work with them) Recommended!"
