"I had dropped my car off January 17. The part they needed wasn’t received until March 13. It took them over a month to give me my car back and even then they refused to give it back. Over four months they did not give me a single call. They kept pushing the release date until I threatened to contact the California Bureau of Automotive Repair that they took it seriously. When they finally gave me a date of release they released it two hours from the time they said it would be ready. Another woman was there and she has the same exact experience. They kept pushing the date and claimed the part was on back order. It’s the fact they gave me my car back like this and it’s falling apart a week later. I attached proof and I am now in contact with BAR. Do not bring your car here. Even the manager claimed he doesn’t have enough staff to do the jobs."

I really appreciated the great customer service they provided and always keeping me informed on the status of my repair. When I got my car back, it was washed and cleaned on the inside. Literally felt like I had a new car. Great experience overall."
