"Fast, accurate, great customer service! Didn't have to get out of the car. The people attending went over every step taking place... Definitely coming back."
"Horrible. I came for oil change and tech didn't put all screws back on my skid plate. I drove back to shop because it was dragging. Manager drove my car up on ramp & taco'd skid plate. He hammered it back and put it on. Screws were still in bay. Next oil change I went somewhere else and they noted missing skid plate. I called speedy Lube. They said come in & they'll take care of it. I went in and manager looked at my car and said, "yup it's missing." He called owner and owner refused liability. As I was waiting a women complained she got an oil change earlier that morning and her e fines now leaking oil. Go somewhere else. May be speedy but no efficient."
